This book is a tough one to follow if you are not technically inclined. My Homeland Security Professor used it sparingly during our Master's class
There is no help in the index. It starts off giving you a brief overview of whats in the chapter and that is what is referenced in the index. Very confusing to have to go back and forth for information.

This book is not worded well and there is no solutions to the chapter review questions. It is almost useless to me

GREAT! I got an A in this class!
I never opened the book, unfortunately. My class moved at a very fast pace and we never got into it.
The book is very detailed and provides an excellent review of the different critical infrastructure sectors. There are 2 chapters that are very technical, but they are not required for the remainder of the book. Good reference for critical infrastructure protection.
